In this interactive workshop, led by Cassie Moyer, you will learn to create raised stencils, using Plaster of Paris and Annie Sloan chalk paint. Raised stencils are perfect for faux finishes, to mimic wood carvings, and appliqués.
All materials are included, as well as refreshments.
